Features Overview

I co-created and hosted with Chef Kiffin. The event highlighted both the Compound Restaurant and Chef's newest restaurant, Zacatecas. We infused flavors and elements from both restaurants, as well as represented Santa Fe traditions in décor.


I supported Chef in menu creation and designed a gate fold menu that allowed for both locations to be represented in a cohesive

design with a statement from Chef joining the two. I arranged and oversaw time sensitive specialty ingredient shipments, created

the floor plan, oversaw bar setup (we designed two signature cocktails), created floral arrangements, welcomed guests, expedited

a multi- course dinner, managed press relations, oversaw budgets and vendor payments.
