CREATIVE Author - July 2005 to present Fiction: LOOKBOOK stories Launching spring 2018, LOOKBOOK stories is a new genre fast fiction series in the style of a fashion magazine. A co-branded pictorial novel, the episodic narrative is told by a thirty year old woman experiencing an existential fashion crisis. As she searches her closet for something to wear, she tells the story of her life through her wardrobe. I wrote a 350 page manuscript, designed digital prototypes with original imagery, developed marketing schemes, to include web and promotional marketing materials, produced fund raisers and a theatrical reading in three acts, and am currently preparing for a social media launch.
Non-fiction: My Bio-Illogical Clock Personal account of the psychological, biological and emotional processes a woman experiences when deciding whether or not to have children. My Bio-Illogical Clock is a creative undertaking that spans over ten years of my life. I write with the intent of providing an honest perspective of what it is like to be a woman in today's culture, with reflection on changing perceptions and life lessons. Ultimately, a complex life decision becomes resolute with many questions, surprises and revelations along the way.
